 * Hello,
 * I’ve changed charset to UTF-8 already in cPanel, and it worked fine else where
   except the inside of forms section. I’m trying to make a form in Simplified Chinese.
   I can actually name the form in Chinese, but the rest of the characters becomes“???”
   like it did with the pages I made before I changed to UTF-8. My guess is that
   there is a separate area for the encoding inside the forms?
 * Thanks for the help!
    Vic
