UTC time offset step

    It would be nice to be able to skip “UTC time offset” confirmation step completely.

    Hello,

    Actually, I noticed that, in very few cases, the UTC time offset was wrong. So I don’t think that disabling this step completely would be a good idea (instead, perhaps giving the possibility to disable it via the dashboard only?)
    I like the fact that we can manually modify it when it’s wrong.

    Right, but common users don’t have a clue what UTC time offset is.
