I’m getting this message at checkout when using USPS:
“Sorry, online ordering is unavailable to this destination and/or weight. Please double check your destination details.”
I’ve been through the checklist at getshopped.com of why this might happen several times, (shipping is enabled, the category target markets are correct, USPS is set up correctly and I’ve called USPS and production has been enabled, etc., etc.). It seems no matter what I do…I’ve made the weight 1 pound (I saw that was a minimum for USPS)….disabled plugins, etc.
I did see one comment that said to make sure products had the correct target markets, but I see no area on individual products to set that….I assume that was a typo or incorrect.
I’ve seen several posts that talk about entering your USPS ID (which I’ve done) and password….but the USPS module in WP ecommerce has no field for a USPS password. Is it supposed to?
Anyway, I’m at a loss. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to fix it?
