A customer just notified me that she could not get any shipping options in my shopping cart. This just started. I have browsed many other posts about this and none of the fixes work for me. I have Woocommerce Shipping & Tax. Have had it for years and always worked fine until now. I do not have a USPS tab when I go to the shipping section. Under Shipping Methods I have “USPS Shipping Rates, Powered by WooCommerce Shipping”. Please can someone help? There seems to be no way to add new API credentials. I can’t believe this plugin that is designed to give people a shopping cart did this and didn’t alert their customers at all so anybody using this can’t accept orders any longer. It doesn’t make any sense. Has anybody tried revrting to an older version of the plug in? Does that work?

  • A lot of people have been complaining about this (including me), but it doesn’t seem like WooCommerce figured out what the issue is yet.

Seems pretty important since they are making lots of small businesses lose sales until it is fixed! Nobody there cares? I’m going to have to use my back up shopping cart, Ecwid, for now. Maybe it is time to just ditch Woocommerce all together if they can’t get it to work.

I am having the same issue. I designated a fallback rate in settings, so it’s just charging that. Hope they fix it soon as my shipping costs vary widely!

    Hi there!
I’m having the exact same issue! I noticed the last time I had a shipping order was Oct. 14, looked into when the Plug-in was updated and it was October 14th at 7:40pm. It has to be on their end! I’ve tried sending in 3 support forums to get help, and NO ONE has responded to me! Any lucky with anything to fix this? I see you said you designed a ‘fallback’ rate? Maybe I should try that for that for now?

They have been responding to me on the Support page of WooCommerce. There’s not a fix yet, but setting a fallback rate is a great option.

Mine is working again! I read on the Github forum that it was an issue with the user ID USPS had assigned the plugin. The stopped using it and had to issue a new one. Hopefully it will not go down again.
