USM messes with functionality (shortcode)

After updating the plugin USM messes up some shortcodes. I have a page with reviews and one with a video which use shortcode. When I activate USM, these shortcodes don’t work anymore. I therefor deactivated for now. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

We couldn’t find any reason locally.

Is it possible that you activate the plugin for a short period of time to also investigate it on your site?

I did. When I start the USM plugin my reviews and video don’t show anymore. The items use shortcode to load on my webpage. I’m not sure if the shortcode plugin is messed or the other plugins.

The reviews and video work now because I disabled USM. I will try the plus version, but otherwise I will have to disable it for good. Thanks.

I notice that the plus version is free, but I have the premium version installed which I paid for. So going to use a free version is not much of a deal…

If you use the premium version, please raise a ticket at the top of the premium plugin’s settings page. The premium plugin is not supported in these forums.
