   and how do I access the template page to change the button style, I’ve looked
   everywhere?

 * yes, it works in free version. You need to download this [http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-image-button/](http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-image-button/),
   and install the zip file as a regular plugin.
