Using WordPress.com videos on a self-hosted site

Hi

We have a wordpress.com site where we have paid for the VideoPress upgrade. We have a number of video files there embeded on a page with a short code. http://indefenceofyouthwork.wordpress.com/conference-report/

It all works fine. Now i want to embed the same videos on my self-hosted site. I don’t want just to put in a hyperlink to the mp4 file. I want to use the same player on the self-hosted site but tell it to draw the location from the .com hosted site.

Is this possible?
