Using WordPress for typing data into database ?

Hi,

I would like to use WordPress in order to type in data in different fields, then it get stored in the database, then the public can see the data I typed through a form.

So that would also affect the layout of the pages and/or posts.

Any plugin out there ?

Just to let you know I cannot program.
