• Dear Support,

I use your plugin from one of my e-commerce websites and it works fine.
But I tried to use Ionic Framework to wrapper the Woocommerce to Mobile App.
On the mobile app when I click “Place Order” the plugin redirect away from the app to the browser URL https://xxxx.ng/checkout/order-pay/2451/?key=wc_order_oupKDTUnVxtCW INSTEAD of it to open on the mobile app so I can perform the payment.
I get in contact with paystack technical team and they said I should log the issue to you here, I also sent a video to paystack in case you need a better explanation.
I have 3 woocommerce websites I need to convert to a mobile app and they run on your plugin, kindly assist!

I haven’t used Ionic before so I won’t be able to help out with this as this is a different integration entirely.

Have you tried using another gateway with the Ionic framework on the app to confirm if it is supported.

    Hello Tunbosun,

Thanks for your reply, I tried using Stripe and it works fine, I think the difference is when I click on the Stripe for payment, it bring the fill to enter card details instead of redirecting to https://xxxx.ng/checkout/order-pay/2477/?key=wc_order_jk58HYMd7hBVC.
Kindly advice, if there is any way I can redirect back to pay stack

    Thanks

    Sorry for the late response.

Can you send a screenshot/video of how Stripe works on the Ionic app?

    Thanks.

    Thanks for your reply.
Since I don’t have your mail address.
I have sent the video and other information to Paystack to help me send it to you for review.
    Thanks sir
