Using with Simple Access Control

I am using Simple Access Control for showing/hiding pages on the menu.

I would like to set these rules for the various Theme My Login pages, but the meta box for SAC doesn’t show on your page types: http://o7.no/XkKwqp

Do you know how I can add this?
