Please post a URL to your form when asking for help. I need to look at the page to see if I can help or not.

    Hi Mike,

Can I email you with the URL? I would like to avoid posting the URL in a public forum right now.

    Thanks

I looked at your site, the HTML for all the tabs is really all one page when you view the source.
It uses CSS to hide/show the content for each tab.
I could not figure out a way to make it work with the form submit.

Loading your whole site on one page is inefficient.
That is a bad web site design for SEO because the URL in the address bar does not ever change, and you cannot even have a URL link to one page or tab.
I suggest you get a different theme that does not have these functionality limitations and SEO inefficiencies.

    Mike
