Using with Custom Taxonomy but NOT Custom Post Type

  • I wonder if there would be a way to use this plugin in a future update to work with Custom Taxonomies that are being used with the default WordPress post rather than only with Custom Post Types? I do have sites I build that are only for directories, so using a custom post type is not needed but custom taxonomies are. However, with this plugin, the options to associate a drop down with the a custom taxonomy aren’t available if you’re using the default WordPress post it seems.

  • I think I figured this out. Not sure why it wasn’t working before, but when I created a new form and added a single field, I was able to choose the custom taxonomy for the field to populate. Yay!
