# Using WAMP with WordPress

 * HI, I want to work on localhost before uploading my website (excuse my terminology
   but I’m new to all this!). I’m using WAMP and have managed to create a database
   and install WordPress into the php files. However when I go to localhost/wordpress
   it gives me a message ‘this link appears to be broken’. I think I’ve done everything
   right up to now but any help would be appreciated!

   again.
