[resolved] Using Tickets not only for administrators (3 posts)

    i want users who are no administrators to see the "Support"-Button in the Menu and to have the permission to work with it.

    But it seems like this plugin only works if the logged in user is an administrator.

    Does anyone have an idea?

    you mean to submit tickets? my clients can submit them as long as they're logged in

    That sounds like it is working as expected. The person submitting can see the ticket they submitted, and an admin can see all tickets.
