Using this plugin with Ultimate Member

    Hi. I installed the plugin and it works when trying to login via wp-admin but in my case I have installed Ultimate Member plugin in which I have made a new user. Ultimate member has its own login form and your plugin doesn’t seem to work in it. I can login normally with banned account with Ultimate Member’s login form. So is it possible to use any other login form with this plugin other than the default wordpress wp-admin form?

    Hi brandon321,

    Thanks for your message. Currently the version of the plugin on WordPress.Org doesn’t support the Ultimate Member plugin. I have a paid version on codecanyon which I’m about to release another update for that will include greater support for the Ultimate Member plugin. I’ll drop you an update once that plugin has been released.

    Just to let you know I’ve just released version 1.3.0 of the plugin on wordpress.org which includes initial support for the Ultimate Member plugin.

    Hey,

    Just noticed your message. I seem to have problem with the activating the plugin. When I try to activate Ban users, it displays message “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

    Under this is a parse error:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in ../wp-content/plugins/ban-users/include/plugins/ultimate-members.php on line 17

    Any suggestions?

    I’m sorry I missed your last reply. Just checking this is now working for you? The problem you mention relates to a PHP compatibility issue that I resolved a few versions back. Please let me know if you still have problems or if the latest release is working for you?
