 * I will be starting a question and answering website and want to do a revenue 
   share. What I want to do is to award the person who when he is awarded the best
   answer award and at a certain level (most active users). the person will apply
   to be an expert so he can earn money and ill add the person to it. he will earn
   revenue from his answers once he’s added to the expert list
