# Using this on a multisite

 * I have installed this plugin in a multisite environment. But I am unable to create
   a new form. I do not see the usual fields that are seen when creating a form.
 * I wanted to know whether this plugin can be used in a multisite environment. 
   I am using the latest version of this plugin.
