# Using the visual editor

 * When we go into our options and click on “_Use the visual editor when writing_”
   and then click on save, the checkmark _goes away_. Is this normal? Another wierd
   thing that we’ve noticed is that no matter what WYSIWYG editor we try to install,
   none of them ever show up? Tried various browsers. Now we’re thinking they could
   be related. Any thoughts?

 * Are you using some sort of adblocker or other security program? That’s the first
   thing that comes to my mind.

 * Hi Dr Mike. No adblockers, virus software or other security programs are used.
   It was tested on several computers (_both PC and Mac_). Same effect 🙁
