 * I just noticed this board specifically for Multisite so I am moving one of my
   former topics here:

 * Yes and yes.
 * To make a default theme, you put `define(' WP_DEFAULT_THEME', 'default');` in
   your wp-config.php file (where ‘default’ is the foldername of the theme you want
   to use).
 * And to chose what blogs are available, you manage it in Super-Admin -> Themes.
 * No idea about #1. And #3 … Any WP theme should work fine on multisite.

 * Just use regular wordpress themes. really. There is nothing special about them.
