 * Is there any way to use the cached pages on demand?
 * I’d like to serve cached pages when in maintenance mode, so only forms or other
   non-chached content would show a “maintenance mode” message.
 * I haven’t found anything like that. Can I use the cached pages on demand for
   my own “cached content maintenance mode” plugin?
 * thanks.
