Using tags in articles on front page

    Hi,
    I’ve just installed WordPress 1.2. When I use tags in an article they do not appear in the article when it is on the front page. They do show up when viewing just the article itself, and in the post preview.
    Is there something I have to do to enable tags in posts on the front page?

    Are you talking about displaying something like this: <tag option=”something” /> ?
    In order to display those, you’ll need to use & lt; and & gt; (remove the space between “&” and the lt; or gt;)

    Thanks for the reply.
    No, I just want to use something like Hello and have the Hello show in strong’ed text. Any tag I enter in a article body does not show up when the article text is shown on the front page.

    I mean, using something like this:
    Hello

    Mark (podz)

    Can we have a link to your page, and can you indicate where you have applied these tags ?
    If you make a second post, do the once invisble tags suddenly show up in what was the first post ?

    Whoops! Sorry, my mistake, it was all down to a change I made in index.php. :/
