   for some reason] to use it with my website.
    Simply applying the code to the 
   Page seems to fail for some reason I cannot identify [My expertise with actual
   programming being limited as it is].

 * Saw your website. Not sure why it shouldn’t load.
    Try to use this plugin:
 * Plugin Organizer and in settings use selective loading and disable other non 
   required plugins on the page where you want to use skt skill bar.
 * It should work then.
 * Let us know if you manage to.
