Using SimpleModal-Login from a link - Reset password not working (6 posts)

    I am trying to load the lightbox of simplemodal login from a link in the comments field - can be seen at http://zuntier.solutions-lab.net/2012/10/testing-carousel-by-posting-as-blogger-4/

    if you scroll down to leave a comment, once you click log in, if you hit register or lost password on the lightbox nothing happens.

    display:none is not changedto display:block. no jquery error

    this is how I am calling the simplemodal thing:

    <div class="help">
      		<p><?php _e('You must be registered and logged in to post a comment.', ''); ?> <a href="/wp-login.php" class="simplemodal-login"  > <?php _e('Log in now', ''); ?></a></p>

    please note that this is not working neither for the register nor for the reset password .. using jquery i went through the code, and it starts going down from one line to the other setting all the properties fine - the only problem is that the div's are not swapped

    please note that whilst debugging it seems i am using jquery 1.8

    would appreciate any timely response :)

    Will be degrading this plugin at Talking Manuals. The password reset is broken and the author has not responded to these post. This is a critical error.

    There is a conflict wi6h Mingle and Simplemodal login. The lost password routine in Simplemodal Login breaks. If you need Mingle, then uninstall Simplemodal login.
