Using Short Codes

    Hello,

    Can you add some instructions for creating short code for the affiliate links. There is a mention of shirt codes under the description link but not very much actual information on how to create them

    Great plugin – very happy with it!

    Hey Adam,

    Sure.. for the record here’s how you create them by hand:

    [thirstylink linkid=”123″ linktext=”Lorem Ipsum” class=”thirstylink” title=”Lorem Ipsum”]

    Where 123 is the ID of your affiliate link, and Lorem Ipsum can be replaced by the text you want.

    That said, using the link picker is much easier.. highlight the text and click the link picker, then choose the little cog icon. Viola!
