# Using SEO Plugins

 * Hello,
 * I have a few questions about using SEO plugins like the “All In One SEO” and “
   FV All In One SEO” (which is what I currently use).
 * My first question is, when writing a new blog post, should I always fill in the
   SEO box info like the “Long Title” and “Meta description.” Ive read a lot about
   using these plugins online, but I’m not sure if I’m using them correctly.
 * Also, as of right now I have disabled the option “autogerate description”. I’m
   wondering what the difference is in disabling this option and just writing my
   own meta description each time I write a new post.
 * Is there anyone out there that currently doesn’t you an All In One SEO plugin???
   I’m wondering what the affect would be if I stopped using it for a few days to
   test my performance/traffic.
