Using sdk.js instead of all.js and specifying the versino

I see that facebook now recommends using sdk.js instead of all.js, and to specify the version when doing FB.init (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/upgrading). Maybe this could be changed in the fb.js file of the plugin.
