# Using runtime: html5

* Hello!
I have been having some issues with NextGen Gallery. The problem described
is the same as on [this post](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/using-runtime-html5/),
however I am using the latest version of NGG (as of now, version Version 3.2.18).
To summarize the post, when doing an upload a small yellow triangule shows up
next to the progress percentage, and when you hover the mouse over the button
it shows the message “using runtime: html5”. The photos are uploaded successfully,
in contrast with the post before mentioned, however the thumbnails get corrupted
and I have to manually redo the thumbnails. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

* Edit: when uploading, not all pictures are uploaded. Some are randomly dropped
and I have to upload them again. Some get uploaded the second time, some at the
third attempt and so on.

* I hope that you wouldn’t mind to submit a report here [https://imagely.com/report-bug/](https://imagely.com/report-bug/)
so we could have a closer look at the problem since it may imply private data
such as login credentials and image files that are failing to upload.
