# Using PRO on test site

 * Hi,
    I am working on a site that has 2.0.1 of the PRO version installed. The 
   plugin has been customized by a previous developer and I need to work in a test
   environment first to see what happens when I buy a new license and upgrade the
   plugin. Can I use the license in the test environment first and then move it 
   to the live site? What is the best way to do this? Thank you.
