Using Ninja Forms to Create Registration Page

Hi, I’m a noob here so please excuse me if the question sounds stupid. I’d like to know if I can use Ninja forms to create my registration page while keeping the functions of the wp-members plugin?

Based on what I see, wp-members creates its own registration page. However, as I am also using Affiliate WP (which uses Ninja forms to register new users and affiliates + create new WordPress accounts for every new affiliate registration), I wonder if Wp-members will still work if I use Ninja forms for my new user registration instead of the default registration form given by WP-members.
