 * I don’t know if this is possible and have been unable to find a solution so I
   thought I might ask.
 * I would like to allow users to authentication from two sources: Either the WordPress
user list itself OR a external MySQL Database. I have clients stored in a external
MySQL Database but I would like guest users to still be able to register and
be stored in the WordPress user list. Is this possible? Any plugins or methods
   to do this?
