Using iframe to add WordPress blog to existing site

I’ve used an iframe to add a WordPress blog to an existing website. It works perfectly well and I haven’t had to fiddle with code.

I’ve read a few other posts on how to to this and they don’t mention iframes. Wondering if I’m doing something wrong.

Not as such but you might find that some plugins and/or services won’t work with a framed WP site. Trying to use PayPal in any way (for example) is a complete no-go.

Iframe is a no-go if you want to get traffic from Google and other search engines.

The engines indexes URL’s and since you are building it in an iFrame, all the pages have the same URL.

It also make it very difficult for you and your readers to link to or share your content with their friends, since all articles have the same address.
