# Using html in Gallery Description

* In a previous version of NextGEN, we used html in he Gallery descriptions, but
now it shows the code, ie Is there a way to enable html for these descriptions?

the extended album display to use the default (read: blank) template. It appears
you may be using the NextGEN Legacy template for the Extended Album display which
would not parse the HTML being used in the gallery description(s) it simply writes
the description as is to the screen.
