Using Graphene theme: want to replace Read More button with text link

Greetings gurus!

I’m a newbie, but getting along quite well so far…until now. I’m just trying to do what I thought would have been a simple thing to do. On my posts and comments areas I want to change the ‘Read More’ button to a text link. I see that done on blogsites I like and it looks much more professional to me. I have looked for hours through various support threads and can’t seem to find anything that works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. HJK
