# Using “getRecentPosts” for a particular category

 * Is there a way to get “getRecentPosts” for a particular category? Right now, 
   it seems to get ALL postings, despite what I put in the “blogid”.

 * Set your page to eval the code.

 * You could also just create a custom Page template that has the code inside it.
   A lot better IMO than running the “runphp” plugin.
