 * Hi there,
 * I just want to ask someone with a bit more experience with WordPress. I want
   to create a content slider that works by selecting pages rather than blog posts.
 * I haven’t started writing it yet but did try and modify an existing plugin ([WP Featured Content Slider](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-featured-content-slider/))
 * It didnt work and the script just stopped before executing and code in the plugin
   file.
 * So instead of using the main loop for blog posts i would like to create a loop
   for pages using get_pages (and probably use the ‘include’ parameter in get_pages.
 * Can anyone tell me how i might go about doing this??
 * Thanks in advance,
 * Dan

 * The [get_pages article](http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_pages)
   does have a couple of examples…and this will get you some interesting info: [http://wordpress.org/search/get_pages?forums=1](http://wordpress.org/search/get_pages?forums=1)
