Using geolocation on network to autoload town specific sites per IP lat/long

    I have been trying to accomplish this since before multisites with just php. Anyone know anything about how to accomplish this? I have gotten close, with the IP you can load the name of the town, then load that into php to load the specific site per variables named the cities name. Any ideas?
