Using [file] to be inserted in the email body

File uploads can be sent as attachments. The label in the form is designed as [file picture4 limit:15mB]. [picture4] can be used in the attachement field and the picture is sent as an attachement. So far so good.
Now I would like to use this picture as part of the email body. Therefore I would use HTML
This does not work, as the name of the attachement has changed to the temporary file name of the upload and [picture4] stays [picture4] in the code. Is there a possibility to enable the use of pictures in the email body please. Thanks for your help
