Support » Plugin: NM Contact Forms » Using Field ID as Receiver in NM Contact forms?

Hi, I am using NM Contact forms for simple forms for my WP site.

When I enter email addresses in “Receivers – separate by comma”, it works fine when the emails are fixed and separated by commas. E.g. having “asdf@domain.com, test@domain2.com” sends an email to these two recipients.
I would like to have an email sent to the submitter of the form, using the Field ID of the form field that contains the email address entered by the submitter. E.g. “asdf@domain.com, {{nm_field_5}}”

But – when entering a Field ID as a receiver, no mail is sent.

Is it possible to have the submitter receive a “receipt” using the Field ID? If so, how do I do it?

    Thanks
    Johnny

    Hello Johnny,

You currently can’t do that, because it’s not common practice to send same massage to the person who have filled the form.

Did you consider using auto reply option? Which allows to inform the sender, that you have received his message?

The only downside at the moment is that auto reply field does not support fields ID. But if that’s something you really need, I’m happy to push an update in a day or two.

    Please let me know.

    Thank you,
    Aidas
