# Using Excerpts?

 * Is it possible to use AMP so it pulls excerpts?
 * Right now I’m using Visual Composer so instead of pulling the actual content 
   for the summary, I’m seeing this:

 * Yea, the shortcodes thing is such a pain in A**. What if we disable excerpts 
   for you? Will that work?

 * These are not using excerpts. They are using the native wordpress WYSIWIG editor.
   However, if you do enable excerpts, that would fix the problem because then I
   can just add a line of summary text in the excerpt that would show up instead.
   Can you do that?
