Hi there, i used duplicator to take a copy of my site and when trying to install it on a new server, got a Server Code: 200 error message. When you go to the site after the install, it says that ‘Your wp-config.php file has an empty database table prefix, which is not supported.’. Am i right in assuming that if the tables do not have a prefix at all (and no idea how this happened!), then duplicator can’t handle this? How do i get around this? Do i have to update all the tables before i take another copy and if so, how, any ideas what else needs updating – the plugins available to change the prefix for you, only update if there is an existing one, which there isn’t! Also, i now have a part installed WordPress on my server, which also contains other bits and pieces, so how do i delete what it part installed?

    Hi Emily,

It looks like the install may have not completed properly. If you want to share your logs via the ticket system I can take a look at them. Please do not post online as they contain sensitive information.

    Thanks.
