# Using domain name elsewhere

 * Hi all,
 * I recently made my first website with WP.org and got a domain name for it. I 
   am wondering, if in the future I want to use another service (e.g. github pages)
   to make the website, how would I able to take control of the domain name and 
   transfer it to the other service?
