# Using different Sidebar – WiiSidebars

 * Hi,
 * Is it possible to define a different sidebar?
    I am using WooSidebar and would
   like to use a specific sidebar for both the Knowledgebase home page and single
   entry page.
 * I do realise that such a change in code will jeopardise upgrades, but thats ok
   since it is rather important for me.

 * Yes it would be possible, although as you say, it will require you to modify 
   the plugin itself which will jeopardise future upgrades.
 * You’ll need to register your additional sidebar, then adjust the various page
   templates the plugin uses to call the relevant sidebars as required.
