# using default and placeholder

 * Hi there,
 * I wanted to use default on a field to get user name and email when they are logged
   in, BUT use the placeholder when user is not logged in.
 * BUT when I add both, the validation fails on the mail tab.
 * What am I doing wrong.
 * e.g.
 *     ```
       [text* your-name placeholder "Your Name (Required)" default:user_display_name]
   
       [email* your-email placeholder "Your Email (Required)" default:user_email]
       ```
