 * Hi, I’m looking for a couple of features that I hope I could be solved by this
   plugin.
 * 1. The form should automatically appear if there is a value (e-mail address)
   available in a custom field. (No value = No form)
    2. The form appears when a
   button is clicked. 3. A subject referring to the current post/page title is automatically
   loaded. 4. Any stats available to track responses?
 * I appreciate you feedback or any directions 🙂

 * Hi again, I appreciate if anybody could direct me particularly regarding custom
   field usage capability mentioned in No.1 above.
 * I really like this plugin but I can not find anything about using custom fields
   in combination with E-mail forms. It is essential for me to use a feature pulling
   out a custom field value (if available) and automatically create a form on that
   basis. One/several values or one/several custom fields’ value could be used.
 * For example, if something like this should work in [multiple E-mail recipients](http://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/multiple-e-mail-recipients)
   case:
 * <php echo get_post_meta($post->ID, “CUSTOM_FIELD1_VALUE”,”CUSTOM_FIELD2_VALUE”,
   true):?>
 * To achieve the following result to be used in a form:
 * Sales,user3@example.com;user4@example.com;user5@example.com

 * The form is not able to interact with any post/page data.
 * It just loads with shortcode to display in a page, post, or sidebar. There are
   no options to load from a button click.
 * Normally is just emails and that is all. If you want to save the emails, you
   add this plugin:
