Using coupon to book a class

Hi

I have a client who teaches dance classes.

She wants to sell 10 coupons (as a single product) to allow logged in customers to book a class using one of their coupons.

Hoping someone would be kind enough to provide best practice to set this up?

I know that one can bulk generate coupons and set their value to 100% discount.
Just not sure how to configure the booking side to accept the coupon and complete the class registration.
