Using country code on checkout phone field instead using 0

    Hi,

    My woocomerce didn’t work using phone country codes like +62xxxxxx, +1xxxxx, +2xxxxx. Only working with numeric only like 0812xxxxxx

    When ever I’m using country code format, I get error “The phone number entered did not appear to be a valid phoneNumber address. Please enter a valid phone number.”

    How to make my store support special char or with country code?

    Hi @fachrils – I’ve just tested this on my local site and see that I’m able to use a + sign in the phone number field. Looking into this, wc_sanitize_phone_number was introduced in v3.6.0 that allows only numbers and a + sign.

    Can you send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find that at: WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > ‘Get system report’
