Using Captain Slider on the Resposive Homepage

    I am trying to use captain slider to insert a rotating homepage image, but when I add the slider ID “[slider id=”5″]” and save the changes, WordPress defaults to the filler text “Hello World. Your H2 Subtitle Here” along with a minimized version of my rotating banner. This is what the page currently looks like.

    How can I permanently get rid of that text so that only my sliding image appears in this space.

    *I come from a marketing background with limited HTML and CSS knowledge, so I am comfortable changing some code, but don’t understand most of the coding of the pages on my own… just something to keep in mind for reposnses 🙂
