Using / Calling TML Custom Emails from another plugin

Hi,

TML is really cool and it is working fine. I like the custom email module.
Is it possible to use the custom email function from TML inside another WordPress plugin? I using Facebook AWD for Facebook Connect. The new users get a really boring welcome email. Facebook AWD send the mail via:

wp_new_user_notification($new_user, $userdata[‘user_pass’]);

Do you think I can use the TML custom email method instead of? Can you tell me what I have to call to send the customized email from TML?
