# Using API key

 * Hi. I’m having trouble trying to send a request to the wp api. I have Enabled
   REST API and API Key Auth Verification but the service keeps returning a 401 “
   rest_forbidden” error saying I don’t have permission.
 * Is there something else I might be missing?
