 * Hellos,
 * What I want to do, is to create a line between my site title and my header image.
   It would be a bottom border for the title. I want to use an image instead of
   the normal lines, that you normally use. The image is a sort of a chain which
   I want to span through whole page.
 * I think I’ve got the idea, but not sure what I’m doing wrong.
 * What I’ve done so far is:
 * `border-bottom: url("/mywebsite/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/chain.png") no-repeat
   scroll 0 0 transparent`

 * this is virtually the same problem that you posted before: [http://wordpress.org/support/topic/border-top-of-the-header?replies=4](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/border-top-of-the-header?replies=4)–

   please continue with your original topic, and add more details there if needed.
   besides, the problem is about fundamental formatting, and not about WordPress,
   and is therfore not within the main scope of this forum.
